All visitors, on school days during school hours, must present a valid state-issued photo identification card or passport, and sign in at the Main Office by the Circle Drive, Forum entrance, the Sports Center entrance, or the Field House in the East Building. Please park in visitor spots which are located in lots B, D or E (see the parking map below).
If You Are the Parent of a Prospective Student
If you would like to tour the school, please call 847-415-4103 or 847-415-4113.
If You Are an Educator
Because there are so many teachers and administrators from around the country who want to visit Stevenson, we designate several dates each school year to accommodate them. Click here for more information.
If You Attended Stevenson
We enjoy seeing our alumni return. We enjoy their visits even more if they have made arrangements in advance to meet with their former teachers. If prior arrangements have not been coordinated with a teacher, please only visit once the plans have been made with the teacher. Unfortunately, during the school day former students are not permitted to visit current students, including during lunch. As with all visitors, alumni must present a valid state-issued photo identification card or passport, and sign in at the Main Office by the Circle Drive, Forum entrance, Sports Center entrance, or the Field House entrance in the East Building. When you contact a teacher, he or she will send an email to our visitor center letting them know when you are coming to visit, and where they will meet you.
Visitor Restrictions for 2020-21
Due to the pandemic, visitor access to Stevenson High School will be limited during the 2020-21 academic year. Non-essential and unannounced visitors, including tours, will not be allowed.
Visits must be scheduled in advance and approved by the school. For those with scheduled visits, they must complete a health screening and temperature check before coming to campus, and must observe all required health protocols while at SHS, including wearing a mask to cover the nose and mouth.
