Bass Fishing Club

Bass Fishing is a competitive club which competes in fishing tournaments with area high schools in both the fall and spring. In the spring, the team competes in an IHSA sectional and may qualify for the state series. To date, the team has qualified for state three times, winning sectionals in 2016. The team focuses on developing skills in casting, lure presentation, and of course, catching.

Commitment

As part of a competitive team, members are expected to attend practices and actively engage in working to better their fishing skills. 

Requirements

Students must maintain eligibility in accordance with IHSA rules.
