Stevenson Backstage

Stevenson Backstage (often called “Crew”) members build sets, paint scenery, hang and focus lights, create costumes, style speciality hair and makeup, operate light and sound boards, make props, and run all technical aspects of the Patriot Theatre Company productions. Crew opportunities are available most days after school. Stevenson Backstage members learn and practice valuable technical and creative skills to support live entertainment.

Commitment

Each production will have its own crew schedule. Stevenson Backstage members can choose to come when they are available, or commit to a specific crew with a set calendar. If you are a part of the crew running a production, you have to be at all final rehearsals and performances.

Requirements

Students of all grade levels and experience are welcome. To work in the scene shop, a signed parent permission form is required.
