Scholastic Bowl / Quiz Bowl

Scholastic Bowl is an IHSA competitive activity which provides a fun and competitive outlet for intellectually curious students. Question topics include social studies, literature, science, mathematics, fine arts, and more.

Commitment

• Practices: Wednesdays from 3:30pm to 5pm in 8040
• Conference Tournaments: Occasional Wednesdays, October through March
• Weekend Tournaments (times vary): Saturday tournaments run October through March with nationals in the early summer

Requirements

• JV Scholastic Bowl Tryouts: All freshmen and sophomores are welcome to try out for the team.
• Varsity Scholastic Bowl Tryouts: All juniors and seniors are welcome to try out for the team.
