Stevenson offers numerous programs throughout the summer to support year-round education for the SHS community. Programs include summer school, an extension of the school's regular academic curriculum; class summer reading assignments; and the Patriot Recreation Education Program (PREP), a year-round community program for youth and adults.

Summer School

Students attending summer school

Stevenson High School District 125 offers a two-semester academic summer school program. Summer school is an extension of the school's regular academic program and is designed to provide students with opportunities to gain academic credit, receive enrichment or remediation, and explore new interests. Tutoring will be available during summer school.

Summer Reading

All students are assigned summer reading for their Communication Arts (English) class and other academic areas. Assignments are listed on the summer reading page as they become available.
