Self-Defense Program Available March 7-8

Stevenson High School’s Physical Welfare Division is sponsoring the
Brave Way Self-Defense Program for all interested female students on Thursday and Friday, March 7-8. The two-day program teaches females how to anticipate and avoid hostile or violent situations. Students will learn how to defend against an attacker and escape threatening situations, and also will be taught how to deal with bullying.
Students can attend during their Physical Education class, study hall, lunch period, free period, or before or after school in the Wrestling Room (Room 2111). The cost is $10.
Students can pay online or at the Patriot Superstore. A signed waiver form must be turned in to the Physical Welfare Office (Room 2108).
