STUDENT/ATHLETES
SHS football players are always "Student/Athletes" and should be positive role 
models in the classroom.

ALL ATHLETES must have the Athletic Participation Form and Physical/Health
        Examination on file with the Athletic Office.

SSC - Bigger, Faster, Stronger - 2011-2012
        All football players and athletes that want to improve their speed, agility, and
        strength should attend the SSC morning workouts.
        Time: 6:00 am (sharp) - 7:00 am
        Location: Sports Center
        Dates:   4/30, 5/2, 5/3, 5/7, 5/9, 5/10, 5/14, 5/16, 5/17, 5/21,  5/24, 5/31.
        Championships are won in the off season.
