Sports Boosters Seeks Team Reps
Sports Boosters is looking for parent volunteers to serve as a Team Representative for their son or daughter’s sport. Team Representatives should be Sports Booster members and will be asked to attend the monthly Sports Booster meetings held the second Wednesday of each month (excluding December) at 5:30 p.m. in the West Faculty Dining Room. In addition, they will be asked to assist with membership, spirit wear sales, and/or concessions. If interested, contact Athletic Director Trish Betthauser at tbetthauser@d125.org.
Choral Guild Corn Sale
Sunset Foods is sponsoring a corn sale Saturday, August 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with all proceeds going to the SHS Choral Guild. Sunset Foods is providing the corn, but we need to provide the sellers. Choral Guild members and choir students are asked to contact Laurie Levinson at Laurie023@ymail.com to volunteer for a two-hour shift. Everybody else is invited to stop by for some sweet, fresh locally grown corn.
Fall Play, Musical Audition Packets
Audition packets for the fall play and the fall musical are available for downloading. Auditions for the fall play, Circle Mirror Transformation, will be held Monday, August 13, while the pre-audition vocal clinic for Pippin, the fall musical, is Thursday, August 23 (the first day of school).
