S.P.I.N.S. (Stevenson Patriots in New Situations)

Eligibility Requirements
Students who transfer to Stevenson High School from other schools, communities, or foreign countries.

Time Commitment
Club activities will include a new student breakfast before the beginning of the school year.  Other activities include bowling, arcades, Whirlyball, pizza parties, laser tag, and more.   Members of the club will be available throughout the year to help transfer students find their classes and serve as student guides. 
September - May.

Meets
Once a month on Fridays after school.

Procedure For Joining
Students may choose to sign up during the transfer student orientation or at any time during the school year.

Description

S.P.I.N.S. provides opportunities to help students new to our community  meet each other and feel more comfortable in their new surroundings.  Club members provide transfer students companionship and support.  The following year, transfer students have an opportunity to take a leadership role in helping other new students.  This club encourages active participation in the many clubs and activities available at Stevenson High School and in the community. 

Membership Limit
For SHS transfer students only.
