Speech and Drama Team
Eligibility Requirements
Students who wish to become members of the speech and drama team must demonstrate a genuine interest in improving performance, acting, or public speaking skills. No experience necessary.
Time Commitment
Approximately 6 hours per week including weekly meetings and practices.
September - February.
Meets
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after school in Room 7026.
Procedure For Joining
Audition in September.
Description
Members participate in competitive speech and dramatic performances in fourteen events which range from radio speaking to humorous duet acting. Tournaments are on Saturdays.
Membership Limit
Unlimited.
