Scholastic Bowl

Eligibility Requirements
Open to freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors who have an interest and can make the time commitment to practices and matches.

Time Commitment
2-10 hours per week.  Matches are held on Wednesdays with occasional all day Saturday tournaments.
October - March.

Meets
Mondays and Wednesdays after school.
Room 1500 and 1502.

Procedure For Joining
Attend practice which will be begin at the beginning of October.

Description

Scholastic Bowl involves team competitions which cover  a wide variety of academic subjects.  Competitions are comparable to the television quiz show Jeopardy in that team members must be quick as well as knowledgeable to be successful.  During the season, Scholastic Bowl members  compete in six conference matches as well as invitational tournaments.  Competitions are held on the Varsity and Frosh-Soph level.
