Eligibility Requirements
Students need an interest in environmental issues and nature.

Time Commitment

1 hour per week with extra time spent in April in preparation for Earth Day.  Also, the opportunity for optional volunteer work outdoors on weekends.
September - May.

Meets
Wednesdays after school.
Room 8024.

Procedure For Joining
Students may become members by attending any meeting. 

Description

S.A.V.E. members are involved in educational and recreational activities.  Students help plan Earth Day events and attend field trips.  Students may also take part in volunteer projects in  prairies, woodlands, wetlands restoration, wildlife monitoring, and workshops.

Membership Limit
Unlimited.
