Eligibility Requirements
Any student interested in community service, working with community members with special needs, and being part of an international organization.
Time Commitment
Approximately 1 hour a week, monthly weekend events, and 10 hours a semester of community service.
September - May.
Meets
General meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month after school in Room 7036. Community Service trips are held Tuesdays - Fridays with occasional events on Saturdays.
Officers meet on the third Tuesday of the month after school in Room 7036.
Procedure For Joining
Attend an introductory meeting during the first few weeks of school. Contact sponsors for information if joining after the initial meeting. Sign-up for activities at the meetings.
Description
Key Club focuses on people with special needs. Club members participate in community service working with organizations such as UNICEF, Special Olympics, March of Dimes, SRACLC, Omni Youth Services and many more.
