German Club

Eligibility Requirements
Membership in the German Club is open to all students.

Time Commitment
The Executive board meets 1/2 hour every other week.  The whole club meets for activities once a month.  Members are free to participate in as many club activities as they wish.
September - May.

Meets
Exec. Board meets every other Thursday 7:30-8:00 a.m. in Room 2926.
Full club meets every other Thursday after school in Room 2926.

Procedure For Joining
Students become members of the German Club by signing up in the  fall with the club sponsor. 

Description

The Executive Board of the German Club plans the activities for each year.  Activities include  an annual foreign language clubs soccer match and picnic, a volleyball match, a concert trip,  Gummi Bear sale, World Fair booth, participation  in the German  language and culture competition day at UIC, a bowling party for the German-Exchange Students, an end-of-the-year dinner at a German restaurant, foreign language Iron Chef Competition, and a trip to the Weichnachtsmarket.

Membership Limit
Unlimited.
