F.B.L.A. (Future Business Leaders of America)

Eligibility Requirements
Membership in F.B.L.A. is open to all students who have a desire to learn about business through participating in club activities.

Time Commitment
1 hour per week plus additional time may be spent completing projects relating to F.B.L.A. goals.  Weekend travel commitments occur during the school year.  In addition, summer leadership conferences may involve 5-7 day trips.
September - May.

Meets
Thursdays 7:30 a.m. in Room 1204.

Procedure for Joining
Membership is open throughout the year.  Simply attend a club meeting or contact one of the sponsors.

Description
F.B.L.A. is organized to encourage members to participate in activities designed to facilitate intelligent career choices, develop business skills, teach the value of community responsibility, and strengthen self-confidence.  Chapter activities usually fall into these five categories:  Professional, Service, Civic, Financial, and Social.

Membership Limit
Unlimited.
