Charities Invited to Apply for Spirit Fest 2012

Stevenson High School's National Honor Society chapter invites charities to apply to become the beneficiary of its annual
Spirit Fest in September. Spirit Fest is a community event at SHS that raises money and gives visibility to charities that often are overlooked. Over the past five years, the event has raised an average of $16,000 for charity annually.
To be eligible, charities must meet four criteria:
1. The charity must be a 501(c)3 charitable organization.
2. The charity must demonstrate a local connection.
3. The charity must demonstrate a connection to Stevenson High School.
4. There must be an educational component to the charity’s mission.
The deadline to apply is February 17.
