Stevenson 101, Warren 85: In Gurnee, the Patriots captured the North Suburban Conference regular-season championship with a 6-0 dual-meet record. Stevenson had a 1-2-3 finish in diving from James Lichtenstein (212.1), Max Kontorovich (178.4) and Blakes Ripes (174.15) to take the lead after five events, and never looked back. Langston Fitts (100 free, 47.7) and Ryota Kuwahara (200 free, 1:47.05) won events, and also teamed with Chris Hodges and Daniel Shtivelberg to capture the 200 free relay (1:31.35). Hodges had a pair of second-place finishes (200 IM and 100 breaststroke), while Fitts (50 free), Kuwahara (100 fly), Nick Koto (500 free) and Steven McKee (100 back) also were runners-up.
