Didier Farms Benefit Days
Student Account Fundraiser
May 18 & 19
On Saturday and Sunday, May 18 and 19, the Stevenson Band and Color Guard Parents Organization
will hold a fundraiser at Didier Farms.
Shop for spring flowers, vegetable and herb plants and
10% of purchases (excluding tax) will be credited to your student’s trip account.
Students must be enrolled in band during the 2012-2013 school year.
Money can also be credited to the General Fund, which will benefit all Band and Color Guard students.
To receive this trip account credit, you must bring the flier linked here and present it in connection with your purchases.
The flier shows the cross-street location of Didier Farms.
If you shop both days, please bring a copy of the flier each day.
Additional copies of the flier are available in the Band Room.

Band and Color Guard Awards Night
Tuesday, May 21, 2013 • 7:00 pm • PAC
All members, parents and friends are invited to our annual Awards Night.
All members who have successfully completed the 2012-2013 year
will be given their class Dedication Award.
Many special awards will also be presented.
We especially encourage all underclassmen to attend, honoring our graduating seniors.
Summer Music Camp Scholarships Available
Current Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors are eligible for the
B&CGPO Summer Music Camp Scholarship
This is a reimbursement scholarship worth up to $300 for students who
further their musicianship study in summer music camp.

Band Camp 2012 Dates:
Band Camp 2012 begins on Monday, August 6
Rehearsals are daily, 8:00-4:00 for 2 weeks, through 8/17.
Our Exhibition Night public performance will be on Monday evening, August 20.

Stevenson Fine Arts Earns Kennedy Center Recognition Award
Stevenson High School is one of five schools in America selected to receive this year’s John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts National Schools of Distinction in Arts Education Award. The Kennedy Center Award, given by the Kennedy Center Alliance for Arts Education Network, is considered the highest honor for high school arts education programs.

Patriot Card Fund Raiser
Patriot Cards sell for $10 - students earn $9 profit each card.
Additional cards are available daily from Mrs. Durham in the Band Office (pre-paid only).
