Parent Organization Help Wanted This Year AND Next Year...
The Parent Organization Board and Nominating Committee have begun working to identify parents willing to be actively involved next school year (and for the rest of this year).

Let the current Board Memebrs (contact info on flyer) know if you can help out on any committees. There are many committees, and time involvemnet ranges from ongoing to single-event-specific. Please volunteer!
New for 2012-13:
District policy requires all volunteers to complete an application form.
Once completed and submitted, the approved volunteer status will stay in effect as long as your student is at Stevenson.

The activities of the Stevenson Band and Color Guard recieve the generous support of the Band & Color Guard Parents Organization.
The Parents Organization is an active group of volunteers who:
- help students and directors at performances
- chaperone trips
- organize student fund raising projects
- work at various parent-run fund raisers throughout the year
- help the directors at school with special projects
The Parents Organization, in addition to providing valuable volunteer help, also funds many of the program's activities as well as the purchase of a wide range of supplies and equipment that are not included in the regular school budget.
Membership Dues for 1 Family for 1 year = $15. Please join!
The B&CGPO spends approximately $63 per student in program support. Your membership is important!
If you are a parent of either a Stevenson Band or Color Guard member, you can
register to join the Organization and/or
have your name placed on a volunteer list by
e-mailing the B&CGPO .
Parent Volunteers are needed in many ways throughout the year.
