Athletic Transfer Student
On behalf of the entire Athletic Department, we would like to welcome you to Adlai E. Stevenson High School. The transfer packet contains essential information to ensure that your transition is facilitated as easily as possible and that your athletic eligibility is established as quickly as possible. Transfer students that are trying out for a sport need to fill out a Transfer Student Athletic Participation Form and an Athletic Eligibility Form.
