Teacher Substitutes

New Teacher Substitutes: Complete all application forms below. Read and familiarize yourself with the Substitute Handbook. Turn all completed application forms, along with your signed Acknowledgement Form, in to the District Office.

Returning Teacher Substitutes: Read and familiarize yourself with the Substitute Handbook for 2011-12. Return completed and signed Acknowledgement Form to the District Office.

Teacher substitutes must possess either a valid Illinois Teaching or Substitute Certificate. Substitute Certificates can be obtained through the Lake County Regional Office of Education. For more information, click here.

Clerical Security Substitutes
