Please complete the
Visitation Registration Form, and return via mail to the address above. You may also fax your form to 847-634-0239. Please note, reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. The earlier you notify us of your choice of dates, the more likely it is that we can accommodate you. We do not advise making your travel reservations or hotel accommodations without written confirmation of your scheduled date and number of participants.
Cost
The site visit fee is $40 per person, which includes a box lunch. Make your checks payable to: Adlai E. Stevenson High School Foundation. Please send one check for your entire group. The fee is non-refundable. If you must cancel your visit, we will work with you to schedule an alternative date. Your payment may be mailed in advance or brought with you on the day of your visit.
Directions to SHS
Site visits begin promptly at 7 a.m. Please arrive between 6:45 a.m. and 7 a.m. Park in Lot B, check in at the Recital Hall in the East Building. Limited parking is available for guests, so we request that you carpool.

What to Wear
Dress is business casual. Wear comfortable walking shoes.
Travel and Accomodations
All travel and accommodations are your responsibility. Most groups choose to arrive in Lincolnshire the afternoon or evening before their site visit. If you are flying to Chicago, we recommend flying into O'Hare International Airport. Stevenson is located about a half an hour north of O'Hare. Your second choice should be Mitchell Airport in Milwaukee. SHS is about 45 minutes south of Mitchell. Midway Airport should be avoided if at all possible; it is about two hours from Stevenson.
